In July/August 2016, 7 members of CAS took part in our Big Apple Summer camp held in NYC, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington DC. The camp is an English-through-immersion program designed to allow participants to explore large cities in the USA and improve their English skills. This summer was our 10thsuccessful summer camp. The camp included the following activities: Times Square, Statue of Liberty, Les Miserable Broadway Show, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Top of the Rock, Empire State Building, NY Yankees game, MLS Soccer match, NY Liberty WNBA game, Woodbury Commons outlet shopping, 5th Avenue, Hudson Waterway Cruise, Metropolitan Museum, American Museum of Natural History, the White House, Smithsonian Air & Space Museum, Smithsonian Natural History Museum, Tidal Basin boat ride, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, MLK Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Capitol Building tour, DC Mall, WW2 Memorial, Smithsonian Zoo, Six Flags Americas amusement park, National Constitution Center, etc. All participants fully enjoyed our camp this summer. Summer camp 2017 will be held in California and Arizona, check with us for details in January 2017.
